Responsibilities
Formulating IT strategies, creating grand designs for new systems, optimizing cloud environments, supporting RPA implementation, and enhancing security.
- IT Strategy: Formulation of IT strategies / Development of mid-to-long term IT roadmaps / Support for building IT governance / Designing grand architecture for new systems
- Project Management: PgMO, PMO support, vendor selection support
- Technology Strategy Support: DX planning and conception / RPA implementation for work style reform
- Other areas such as cloud computing
