Responsibilities
Work Location: Head Office (Tokyo), with potential domestic/overseas assignments
Job Description:
‧Providing solution proposals and system design for IDaaS (Identity as a Service) implementation
‧Technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases
‧Requirement definition, planning, and construction of cloud-based identity solutions
‧Creating technical documentation and delivering product training to clients
‧Collaboration with product teams and clients to drive service improvement
Ideal Candidate:
‧Strong communication and coordination skills in English
‧Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
‧Background in IT infrastructure, security, or SaaS implementation is a plus
‧Business-level Japanese and native-level English preferred
‧Team-oriented and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
