Responsibilities
Front desk (reception), DVD returns, guiding customers inside the store, cleaning guest rooms, etc.
Your main tasks will be reception at the front desk, handling DVD returns, cleaning guest rooms, and guiding customers to their rooms.
It is simple work that anyone can do. At the beginning, senior staff will carefully and kindly teach you step by step.
●Cleaning
You will clean the front desk area, floors, toilets, shower rooms, corridors, etc. We always strive to keep the store clean and tidy so that customers can use it comfortably and staff can work in a pleasant environment.
●Customer service
Front desk and hall work are important duties when working in the store. You will allocate rooms and handle payments. Of course accurate billing is essential, but it is also important to welcome customers, see them off with a feeling of gratitude, and ensure they have a pleasant experience.
In addition, you will be asked to handle other simple tasks such as processing returns.
This is not a difficult job.

【Employees】Monthly salary from 280,000 to 350,000 yen or more
Monthly salary examples: Mr. A: 6 months of service, age 25, 320,000 yen (including various allowances). Mr. B (store manager): 1 year and 2 months of service, age 40, 500,000 yen (including various allowances).
【Front desk part-timers】Hourly wage 1,100–1,550 yen (raises at any time), with night shift allowance
【Cleaning part-timers】Hourly wage 1,050 yen or more (5-hour shift, no break)
