We are a small private kindergarten located in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, offering a warm and supportive environment with small class sizes (8–10 children). We value quality education and meaningful interactions with each child.

We are currently looking for a caring and enthusiastic helper to work with children aged 2 to 6 years old.

We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children, engaging with them throughout the day, and supporting daily nursery activities.

• Good English speaking skills
• Patient, kind, and enjoys working with young children
• Experience is not required, but preferred
• Japanese is not required, but you will work alongside Japanese teachers
• All nationalities welcome
• Students welcome
• Work visa support available depending on working hours


A Typical Day at Our School
• Playing and interacting with children
• Morning circle (songs and dance)
• Outdoor play / park visits
• Lunch support
• Afternoon snack time
• Assisting the main teacher during lesson time

(Full-time staff receive a 1-hour break.)
