■ Working hours
・A few hours per shift
・Shift system (details can be discussed)
・Time slot: Between 10:30 and 15:30
・Actual working time: About 2 hours per shift
We plan to operate on a shift system, with 1 to 2 people in charge for each cleaning, and the remaining 2 people on standby.
We also plan to pay a monthly standby allowance to those who are on standby.
In addition, since the cleaning days vary depending on the reservation status, this is not work on fixed days of the week, but work that responds to the schedule each time.
