Responsibilities
Our company provides a 24/7 guest messaging service for vacation rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb.
Our customer support center is staffed by team members from various countries, with many staff members from English-speaking regions. Our international team uses its language skills and cultural knowledge to communicate with guests from around the world.
We are currently looking for sales partners who can introduce our service to vacation rental owners and property management companies overseas and help us acquire new clients.
You may conduct sales activities in any language. We especially welcome applicants who speak English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, or another language that can be used to reach vacation rental owners in international markets.

Identify vacation rental owners and property management companies
Introduce our service by email, social media, direct message, online communities, or video meetings
Explain our service and pricing to interested prospects
Support online sales meetings and contract acquisition
Report prospective clients and sales results to our company
Coordinate with our international customer support team when necessary
Before beginning sales activities, you will receive an explanation of our service and have the opportunity to understand how our actual guest support operations work.
You may choose the language, country, region, and sales methods that best match your experience, network, and skills.
There are no fixed working hours or required office attendance. You may conduct sales activities according to your own schedule.
Previous sales experience is not required. We will explain the service, provide basic sales materials, and introduce the sales process before you begin.

This is a performance-based independent contractor position.
We currently plan to pay a recurring commission of USD 7 per month for each contracted property you acquire, for as long as that property continues using our service.
Examples
10 contracted properties: USD 70 per month
20 contracted properties: USD 140 per month
50 contracted properties: USD 350 per month
100 contracted properties: USD 700 per month
For example, if you acquire a contract with an owner who manages 10 properties, you will receive USD 70 every month while those 10 properties continue using our service.
Your monthly recurring income will increase as the number of contracted properties grows.
There is no fixed salary or hourly wage.
The conditions for earning commission, payment date, payment method, and handling of canceled contracts will be stated in the independent contractor agreement.
Additional incentives and different compensation terms may be discussed depending on performance, the number of contracts acquired, and the scope of responsibilities.
