Responsibilities
■ Rental property management operations
(Including support and communication with overseas property owners)
■ Customer support assistance related to the above operations, etc.
This position is responsible for smoothly supporting the operations of the owners of rental properties managed by our company. It is a rewarding role in which you protect the owners' valuable assets and provide a comfortable living environment for residents.
Specifically, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
▼ Rent management
Collect rent from residents and follow up with tenants in arrears.
Manage monthly income and expenses and report them to owners in the form of monthly reports.
▼ Move-out support
Conduct move-out inspections to check the condition of the property and arrange necessary repairs.
Handle security deposit settlement and move-out procedures to ensure the property is ready to welcome the next tenant smoothly.
▼ Proposals to owners
Support owners in improving profitability by proposing rent revisions and renovation or refurbishment plans.
Analyze real estate market trends and propose the most suitable operation methods.
