          工作职责
    ■ Real estate leasing and management
(Real estate leasing management (including dealing with overseas real estate owners)
■ Assisting with customer service related to the above, etc.
This is a job that facilitates the smooth operation of the owners of the rental properties we manage. This is a challenging position that involves protecting the owner's valuable assets and providing a comfortable living environment for tenants.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks
▼Rent Management
Collect rent from tenants and follow up with delinquent tenants.
Manage income and expenditure on a monthly basis and report to the owner as a report.
▼Responding to tenants when they move out
We will check the original condition of the property and arrange for repairs when the tenant moves out.
We prepare to welcome the next tenant smoothly by settling the security deposit and completing move-out procedures.
▼Proposal services for owners
We support owners in improving profitability by reviewing rents and proposing remodeling and renovation.
We analyze real estate market trends and propose optimal management methods.
