Job Description
Responsibilities
As the Head of the Information Technology Department, you will lead the planning and execution of company-wide IT strategies, overseeing both infrastructure (networks, servers, etc.) and application development.
Strong leadership is required to drive the adoption of IT across the organization and reform business operations through process optimization and DX.
<Main Responsibilities>
- Plan and implement mid-to-long-term IT strategies aligned with overall business strategy
- Oversee the construction, operation, and maintenance of internal infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments, etc.)
- Manage projects for enterprise system and application development (particularly open systems based on Java)
- Drive DX initiatives (restructuring existing workflows, adopting new technologies, automating tasks)
- Strengthen company-wide IT governance and security measures
- Plan and execute initiatives to improve IT literacy within the organization
- Handle vendor management and internal coordination
- Formulate and manage IT budgets
- Manage and develop talent within the IT department

■ Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of practical experience in an IT department or IT company
- Over 3 years of team management experience (teams of 10 or more)
- Experience in IT strategy planning, budget management, and DX promotion
- Experience negotiating and coordinating with internal stakeholders (executives, other departments)
- Experience in designing and operating infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, etc.)
* Knowledge required for PJ reviews and acting as a PM
- Experience in open system development (especially Java) and PM
* Knowledge required for PJ reviews and acting as a PM
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience in IT strategy planning and promotion
- Practical experience using digital technologies (AI, IoT, data analytics, etc.)
- Experience building and operating in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience leading IT initiatives during IPO preparations or M&A activities
- Experience developing and operating information security policies
- Holding certifications such as PMP, AWS, etc.
- Korean language skills (sufficient for chat and phone communication)
