Job Description
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following tasks as an employment support coordinator for permanent residents and foreign students.
1. Interviewing permanent residents and foreign students
You will conduct interviews with people sent from Hello Work and vocational schools to understand their Japanese language level and job preferences.
2. Job matching and proposal
Based on the interview results, you will introduce suitable job openings and accompany them to companies for interviews.
3. Creating Japanese resumes (履歴書 and 職務経歴書)
You will support candidates in creating documents such as resumes and work histories that match the job they are applying for.
4. Post-employment follow-up
After employment, you will conduct regular follow-up to resolve any issues between the company and the employee.
