1) Explaining how to use the ticket vending machine and making change
2) Guiding customers to their seats and serving water
3) Chatting with customers who are waiting inside the restaurant
4) Seeing customers off
5) Busing tables (placing dishes on the counter and wiping the table)
6) Attending to customers waiting outside
7) Supporting customers from overseas (using translation apps)
