General customer-service duties at a hot-spring ryokan
• Front desk; check-in and check-out services
• Assisting and guiding guests
• Serving and clearing meals at the dining venue
• Assisting with guest room and in-facility operations
• Other duties associated with ryokan operations
5. Working Hours
Shift system
Approximately 8 hours per day
Average working days per month: Approximately 21–22 days
