■ Job Description
You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and technical support of our enterprise big data platform.
1. Day-to-day operational management of the big data platform (cluster monitoring, resource adjustment, incident response, version upgrades, and performance tuning).
2. Customer support: platform changes, version releases, data migration, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
3. User and permission management, job scheduler configuration, health checks, regular inspections, and ongoing promotion of performance and resource optimization.
4. Preparation of operational records, technical documentation, and incident reports, as well as smooth coordination and reporting with both Japanese and Chinese teams.

■ Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (in information technology, computer science, software engineering, etc.). At least 2 years of practical experience operating big data platforms or infrastructure.
2. Basic Linux operations, Shell scripting, common operational commands, and fundamental knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.
3. Basic knowledge of Hadoop. Experience operating Hadoop, Spark, Flink, etc. is preferred.
4. Ability to read English technical documentation. Logical incident analysis and problem-solving skills.
5. Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N1 level, or equivalent business-level Japanese proficiency (sufficient to participate in meetings, read technical documentation, and communicate daily with Japanese customers).
6. A team-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility who is able to be stationed in Japan long term.

■ Preferred Qualifications
・Experience with AWS/Azure environments, big data migration, or emergency troubleshooting in production environments.
・Experience developing with automation tools such as Ansible or Python scripting.
・Experience with projects for Japanese customers.
