Work schedule: Rotating shifts
Minimum working days per week: 5 days
Working hours
①8:00–17:00 ②19:00–4:00
Two-shift rotation, alternating between ① and ② every week
Overtime: 30–40 hours per month
Breaks
60 minutes in total, split between the first half, lunch, and the second half of the shift
Days off and leave
2 days off per week
Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and Obon holidays (according to the company calendar)
