Job Description
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of internal systems to promote DX (digital transformation) within the company.
Your role will cover the entire process—from planning and implementing IT strategies aimed at improving operations, to system maintenance and operations.
<Main Responsibilities>
・Design and development of internal business systems
・Maintenance, operation, and improvement of existing systems
・Requirements gathering and issue analysis with various departments, along with proposing improvements
・Infrastructure design and operation using cloud environments (AWS)

Experience Requirements
■ Required Qualifications
・At least 2 years of backend development experience using Java (Spring Boot) for web applications
・Basic experience in operating and setting up Linux servers
・More than 1 year of experience in infrastructure design and operation using AWS (e.g., EC2, RDS)
■ Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in data manipulation using basic SQL syntax
・Able to independently structure and complete tasks toward specific objectives
・Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently (good at multitasking)
・Conversational Korean language skills
