This position allows you to start your career as an IT engineer with no prior experience.
With the support of active engineers, you can safely acquire skills even from zero experience.
After completing the training, you will join projects such as web systems and application development, gaining practical experience while growing as an engineer.

・Training period: Approximately 1–3 months (may vary depending on your progress)
・Active engineers support you from learning through to joining real projects
・Overtime: Average of less than 20 hours per month (no overtime for some projects)
・Remote work available (depending on project)
・Weekends and national holidays off / More than 120 days off per year
・Non-Japanese nationals are welcome (Japanese language requirement applies)

We provide a curriculum that allows you to learn at your own pace from the basics to applied skills.
・IT fundamentals / development flow / how to use tools, etc.
・Direct support from active engineers, including trainers with over 10 years of industry experience

Using the skills you have learned, you will participate in projects such as the following (assigned based on project availability and your aptitude):
・Smartphone app development
・EC site development
・Various business systems (open / web-based)
・Smartphone game app development
・R&D on cutting-edge technologies such as AI (depending on assignment)
