This role is a consultation desk position for foreign residents in Japan, handling inquiries related to customers with foreign nationalities.
You will listen to handover information from local Japanese staff and enter the details of your response into a PC (for history records).
*In addition to handling inquiries in foreign languages, customer support in Japanese will also be required.

[Main duties]
・Responding to inquiries from foreign customers (in one of the supported foreign languages + Japanese)
・Receiving handover explanations from local Japanese staff
・Entering response histories into the system (PC input)
・Sharing information within the team and handling escalations when necessary

[Required qualifications]
・Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher (business conversation level)
・e-typing: Level C or higher (frequent typing/entry work)
・Able to work on a long-term basis (目安: 1 year or longer)
・Able to use at least one of the following languages:
　English / Chinese / Portuguese / Tagalog / Spanish
・No resistance to teamwork and active communication

[Preferred qualifications]
・Experience in call centers and/or customer support
・Experience in counter services or public service-related work

[Working hours]
Shift system (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
・Day shift: Between 8:00 and 22:00
・Night shift: Between 22:00 and 8:00
*Day-shift-only work is also possible

[Salary]
Hourly wage: From 1,300 yen + transportation allowance
*For night shifts, hours between 22:00 and 5:00 are paid with a late-night premium (hourly wage × 1.25)
