We are looking for someone to handle all kitchen and restaurant duties at a small, authentic Jamaican restaurant in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo.

You will mainly be responsible for the following:

* Food prep
* Cutting and preparing bone-in meat, etc.
* Assisting with cooking
* Plating and other kitchen tasks
* Dishwashing
* Cleaning the kitchen and dining area
* Other general tasks needed to run the restaurant

This time, we are especially looking for someone who can take solid responsibility for food prep and cooking assistance.

Some tasks, such as cutting bone-in meat, require a certain amount of physical strength. Also, as this is a small restaurant, you will be expected to actively take on a wide range of work, including not only kitchen duties but also dishwashing and cleaning.

You can start with around 3 days a week, about 3–4 hours per day.

For those who learn the job and work responsibly, it is possible to increase your working days and hours so you can work more.
