Luxury Watch Sales Staff (Customer Service) – Nakano Time Walker

You will be responsible for customer service and sales of luxury watches such as Rolex.

"Job Description"

■ Displaying watches, customer service, sales, cashier work, and various administrative procedures
■ Responding to inquiries via various social media platforms and by phone
■ General store operations and related tasks

"Onboarding Process"

■ First month after joining: OJT

You will receive various training sessions on watch knowledge, customer service, English, and more.

■ Third month after joining: Promotion to full-time employee

You will gain more hands-on customer service experience in the store.

■ 6–12 months after joining:

You will start to build a base of repeat customers. Not only will you enjoy watches more, but customer service itself may become more enjoyable. In addition, you will gradually be entrusted with product purchasing, buyback assessments, and repair-related tasks.

"Customer Profile"

Around 30% Japanese-speaking customers, 30% English-speaking customers, and 30% Chinese-speaking customers

Affluent customers mainly in their 20s to 50s.
