Responsibilities
▼Main responsibilities
Build and improve a big data platform (tens of terabytes) that underpins our "SaaS + Database" service
You will be responsible for one or more of the following:
・Design and improvement of pipelines for web data crawling
・Data cleansing and enrichment processing
・Building a quality monitoring environment to improve data quality
・Improving the data platform to be more scalable and cost effective
・Designing the data platform and data quality framework with future data science utilization in mind

In Japan, where super-aging and population decline are progressing, there is a strong need for limited human resources to achieve higher productivity.
We are building a new infrastructure that supports corporate growth by eliminating inefficiencies in the sales field through the power of AI and data.
We are currently strengthening our product-side organization and are looking for founding members who will shape the future of SalesNow within a startup development team on the brink of Series B.

Work Experience Requirements
▼Required skills
・3+ years of experience in data processing using SQL and Python
・3+ years of experience using public cloud services
・Currently living in Japan or able to relocate to Japan
・Able to conduct business communication in Japanese, as daily work is conducted in Japanese (目安: equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
▼Preferred skills
・Experience in data processing using Apache Spark (including PySpark)
・Experience using AWS Analytics services
・Experience using Databricks
・Experience in data management
・Affinity with the concept of DataOps
・3+ years of experience in data processing using SQL and Python
・3+ years of experience using public cloud services
・Currently living in Japan or able to relocate to Japan
・Able to conduct business communication in Japanese, as daily work is conducted in Japanese (目安: equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
