Responsibilities
* During the pre‑opening preparation period, you will work at the head office
(Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo)
■ Background
A company that operates hotel businesses nationwide is recruiting a Front Desk Manager for the launch of a new hotel scheduled to open in May 2027.
You will join from the pre‑opening preparation phase and take the lead in launching on-site operations.
■ Job description
Overall management of the front office department at the newly opening hotel
・ Overall hotel pre‑opening preparation tasks
・ Assistance to the General Manager
・ Front desk and guest service operations
・ Staff training and development
・ Formulation of service standards
・ Team building including global staff
* As approximately half of the on-site staff are expected to be global staff, strong management skills to lead a diverse team are required.
■ Qualifications
[Preferred]
・ Experience working at a chain hotel
・ Experience in hotel pre‑opening preparations
・ Experience working at overseas hotels
・ Language skills
■ Compensation / benefits
・ Salary increase: once a year (July)
・ Bonus: twice a year (paid based on company performance)
・ Not eligible for overtime allowance as this is a managerial position
■ Company / work environment
・ Wholly owned subsidiary of a major real estate group
・ Already operating hotels in Tokyo and Osaka
・ Further new openings planned across Japan
