Responsibilities
＼No experience welcome／ ＼Experienced candidates preferred／
You will be responsible for assembling parts and main units of construction machinery such as hydraulic excavators.
The main tasks are assembling parts using spanners and torque wrenches, and picking parts!
■Parts assembly
In line production work, parts are assembled using tools such as spanners.
■Main unit assembly
Using cranes and slings, assemble the main body of construction machinery.
※If you have no experience, you will first start with parts assembly, and once you get used to it, you may also be responsible for main unit assembly after obtaining the required qualifications◎
The company will cover all expenses related to obtaining qualifications!
The assembly line at the Tsuchiura Factory is basically a line-based operation, and working together to build one hydraulic excavator is very rewarding!
Since the work is mainly on-site, it is recommended for those who are confident in their physical strength! ※The parts are about as heavy as can be carried with both hands

Bonus amount equivalent to 4 months of base salary!
★Annual salary increase once a year★
If your base salary changes, the basis for various allowances changes as well,
so your monthly salary will increase significantly!
