Development of business systems using various programming languages, including all phases such as design, development, testing, and maintenance, as well as project management tasks.

■ Training program
No experience required! Free training!
Training content: Basic IT theory + front-end development knowledge (JavaScript) + back-end development knowledge (Java, Java Web) + practical project exercises + IT Japanese instruction + guidance on resumes and interviews, etc.
Training environment: The company will provide a computer, as well as internet and study environment.
Study period: around 3–6 months (varies depending on the individual’s learning ability)
Number of trainees to be recruited: 20!

■ Application requirements:
◉ Target applicants: new graduates, those who have already graduated, job changers, and graduates in 2025 are all welcome
◉ Japanese language requirement: at least JLPT N2, with fluent speaking ability and no difficulty reading Japanese documents
◉ Educational background: bachelor’s degree or higher, or graduation from an IT-related vocational school (no experience required, both humanities and science majors welcome)
◉ Determination to enter the IT industry: you must be seriously considering and determined to enter the IT industry, with a proactive learning attitude and study plan (do not give up halfway).
