Responsibilities
Front desk (reception), returning DVDs, guiding guests to stores, cleaning guest rooms, etc.
The job includes reception at the front desk, returning DVDs, cleaning guest rooms, and guiding guests to their rooms.
This is a simple job that anyone can do. Our senior staff will guide you kindly and politely at the beginning.
●Cleaning
Clean the front desk, floors, toilets, shower rooms, aisles, etc. We always try to keep the restaurant clean and neat so that our guests can use the hotel comfortably and everyone can work comfortably.
●Customer Service
This is an important job at the front desk and in the hall. We also take care of room assignments, accounting, and so on. The important thing is, of course, accurate accounting, but also to welcome guests, see them off with gratitude, and make them feel good about their stay.
In addition, we will ask you to do miscellaneous tasks such as returning the room.
It is not a difficult job.
