■ Job Description
As a core member during the launch phase of the Japan branch, you will lead the technical strategy and operational management of an enterprise big data platform.
1. Develop the platform technical roadmap and manage its lifecycle (buildout, monitoring, capacity planning, performance improvement, and response to major incidents).
2. Design and operate big data infrastructure in AWS/Azure cloud environments, and drive governance and cost optimization.
3. Establish automated and standardized operations using IaC tools such as Ansible/Terraform.
4. Evaluate components such as Hadoop/Spark/Flink, and formulate and execute upgrade and migration plans.
5. Coordinate with Japanese clients and the headquarters team (technical proposals, development of operating procedures, progress reporting, and resolution of cross-border issues).
6. Develop the technical capabilities of the Japan team, assign tasks, and manage quality.

■ Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above (preference given to information technology-related fields). At least 5 years of practical experience with big data platforms or infrastructure platforms.
2. Experience in complex issue analysis, performance analysis, capacity planning, and incident management in production environments using Linux/Shell/Python.
3. Deep understanding of Hadoop/Spark/Flink and similar technologies, as well as experience in implementation, migration, and tuning in enterprise environments.
4. Practical experience with AWS/Azure. Knowledge of cloud resources, networks, security, storage, and cost management.
5. Experience building automation/IaC tools such as Ansible/Terraform, as well as monitoring and alerting platforms.
6. Ability to create technical documentation, deliver client presentations, and drive cross-functional projects. Management or mentoring experience.
7. Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or an equivalent business-level proficiency (sufficient to facilitate technical meetings, prepare specifications, and conduct technical negotiations with clients).
8. A proactive individual who can adapt to the rapidly changing environment of a Japan branch in its launch phase.

■ Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in big data projects for Japanese financial institutions, manufacturers, or major companies.
・ITIL, various AWS/Azure certifications, big data-related certifications, PMP, etc.
・Experience establishing operational structures from scratch, building teams, and leading global projects.
