Job Responsibilities:

■Kitchen operations — from prep to plating

■Manage purchasing, inventory, and hygiene

■Collaborate on menu development and seasonal course proposals

■Deliver a top-tier dining experience alongside nightly live entertainment

Who We’re Looking For:

■1+ years of cooking experience in a restaurant
■Leadership(hospitality or other industries) or kitchen management experience is a plus
■Able to communicate in English and/or Japanese (Multilingual is a bonus)
■Motivated, punctual and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
■Passionate about teamwork and hospitality
■Ambitious to improve your skills with premium ingredients and wine
