Job Description
Responsibilities
With the vision of "nurturing the \"power to live\" of children around the world", we aim to support childcare and early childhood education settings through ICT and to create an environment where teachers and children can face each other with smiles by leveraging technology and creativity.
This position works in collaboration with a Korean partner company
to promote the implementation and operation of the product in the Japanese market.
Installation work itself is handled by a specialized electrical construction company,
and this position is responsible for overall coordination of implementation, operational checks, and driving improvements.
While making active use of Korean,
you will play the role of a "Japan-Korea bridge" connecting technology and business.
[Job responsibilities]
1) Technical collaboration with the Korean partner company (using Korean)
■ Confirming and coordinating product specifications and functions
■ Sharing causes and requesting improvements when issues occur
■ Organizing and reporting feedback from the Japanese market
■ Participating in regular meetings
■ Issue management and progress coordination
2) Promoting domestic implementation and operational checks
■ Schedule coordination with client sites
■ Coordinating installation dates with the electrical construction company
■ Operational checks and initial setup after installation is completed
■ First-line support after implementation (issues and inquiries)
■ Coordinating with the Korean side when troubles occur
* You will not perform installation work itself.
* Business trips nationwide are required.
3) Operational improvement and framework building
■ Managing implementation status
■ Organizing business flows and proposing improvements
■ Strengthening collaboration with internal departments (Sales and CS)
■ Planning and proposing improvement ideas for the Japanese market
Rather than simply providing support,
this is a driving position responsible for building and enhancing the implementation framework.

Monthly salary: 375,000 yen to 541,667 yen (Estimated annual income: 4,500,000 yen to 6,500,000 yen)
* Under the specialized discretionary labor system, you are deemed to work 9 hours per day.
* The above amount includes allowances based on the discretionary labor system.
* A fixed amount of late-night and holiday work is also included in the allowance, and only the excess portion will be paid separately.
