Job Description
Responsibilities
This is a construction staff position in the Construction Department of H.G. Service Co., Ltd.

Our company provides ground improvement and reinforcement work as a one‑stop service from development to design and construction.

You will gain experience under the guidance of senior employees, and in the future we aim to develop you into personnel who can handle construction management. You will start with assisting work according to instructions from your supervisor.

(Required qualifications will be subsidized by the company, so even those with no experience can apply with confidence.)

Construction work
Maintenance of equipment vehicles
Site inspections
Preparation of construction completion reports, etc.

We are a construction company that mainly undertakes ground improvement work prior to the construction of detached houses and low‑ to mid‑rise buildings in the Kanto area.

Possibility of transfer: Basically none (in the past, there have been cases where employees transferred from construction staff to sales or design positions and then worked at the head office.)




Commuting by car is allowed (currently all employees commute by car).
Commuting by motorbike or bicycle is allowed.
Gasoline expenses are paid (amount is calculated by multiplying days worked by the market price of gasoline).



Transportation expenses provided (public transportation fares, or gasoline expenses in the case of commuting by car)
